Frieze Will Officially Launch a New Art Fair in Los Angeles Next Year It’s finally a done deal: Frieze is coming to Los Angeles. The international art fair will launch a West Coast edition at Paramount Studios from February 14–17, 2019, with around 60 galleries expected for its inaugural edition. The news comes almost two years after the Hollywood entertainment, sports, and fashion company Endeavor (formerly WME-IMG) bought a majority stake in Frieze. Drake May Leave Jordan Brand for adidas According to footwear industry insiders close to Drake, as well as HYPEBEAST’s own sources, the rapper is unhappy with his Jordan Brand partnership and is seeking a deal more to his liking. Adidas informed HYPEBEAST that it had a major announcement planned for last weekend’s 747 Warehouse St. activation. However, that announcement was postponed by Saturday. Street Debater tool helps homeless people earn money Kihara presented Street Debater at the Design Indaba conference in Cape Town, South Africa this week. His project consists of a set of scales, which are used to pose multiple-choice questions to passersby. Frame Awards 2018 Winners Announced The 2018 Frame Awards winners were announced last night in the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam. The Awards identify and honour the world's best interior projects and the people behind them.
