Overstock.com to launch massive ICO  Now online retailer Overstock.com is getting in on the action, planning the biggest ever ICO next month. While it seems like an odd move, Overstock isn’t new to digital currencies: The retailer was one of the first to accept bitcoin, and the company created a cryptocurrency subsidiary called tØ (tZERO). - Axios

Congress votes to disallow consumers from suing Equifax and other companies with arbitration agreements  The Senate voted late Wednesday night to strike a federal rule that would have allowed consumers affected by the Equifax hack to sue the company.
